We will meet near the cathedral. Here I will start introducing you to the history, architectural features, and amazing circumstances of the construction of Notre-Dame de Paris. You will learn about several generations of architects who built the building but never saw it, and about the sculptors who at different times designed the 'heart' of Paris. You will unravel the mystery of the famous chimeras that soared to the balustrade of the cathedral. You will also see the images of Hell and Paradise and imagine yourself as a medieval city resident who came to the cathedral and read its symbols.

After getting acquainted with the facade of the building, we will descend to the quays of the left bank of Paris, and I will tell you about the other parts and details of the cathedral, as well as what Notre-Dame became for France and how its role has changed over time.
