I am a certified guide who loves and understands his work well. During the Louvre tour, I will reveal the secrets and details of the three main masterpieces of the museum, traditionally known as the 'Three Ladies of the Louvre' (painting of Mona Lisa, statue of the goddess Nike of Victory, and the statue of Venus de Milo). Additionally, you will learn the details of the rich history of the Louvre and visit the halls dedicated to the large canvases of French and Italian artists.

Three Ladies of the Louvre
- I will tell you what lies behind the mysterious smile of the Mona Lisa, what legends and myths surround the iconic painting by Leonardo da Vinci, whether the character of Mona Lisa actually existed, and why her gaze intrigues thousands of tourists daily.
- We will discuss who created the statue of the winged Greek goddess of Victory Nike, why the goddess of Victory 'lost her head,' and what her intriguing history is.
- You will learn how and by whom the 'most holy virgin of beauty' Venus de Milo was created. What secrets surround the excavations of the famous statue, how the goddess of beauty managed to end up on French soil after long journeys, and what is the connection between the Greek goddess of beauty and Eve, the wife of Adam.
History of the Louvre
- I will tell you the details of the rich history of the Louvre, spanning over eight centuries. You will learn how the former first fortress in Europe, the Louvre, turned into a museum, what role King Philip Augustus played in its development, and what relation he had with Richard the Lionheart.
French and Italian Artists
- We will visit the halls dedicated to the large canvases of French and Italian artists: Delacroix, Jericho, David, Ingres, and Giro. We will not overlook the masterpieces of Italian Renaissance masters: Mantegna, da Vinci, Titian, Raphael, Veronese. We will see if all the characters by Leonardo da Vinci look alike?
