About this experience
I invite you to an enriching journey that combines millennia of history and fantastic nature of Turkey. You will explore the ancient city of Sagalassos, where life once thrived and trade squares, streets, and baths were built one after another. You will also venture into the mountains and relax by Lake Salda, as if taken from a colorful postcard.
What to Expect
Sagalassos: Time Travel
You will see the main attractions of the ancient city: the central square, the amphitheater, and the operational Antoninler fountain, built during the Roman Empire. Appreciate the preserved samples of intricate stone carving and ancient reliefs. Discover how Sagalassos is connected to Alexander the Great, in which era it flourished, and what ended its development.
Lake Salda - Turkish Maldives
Salda will captivate you with its turquoise water, pure sand, and stunning views. I will reveal what valuable minerals it contains, why the lake does not heat up even in intense heat, and what it has to do with Mars. Also: how to explain the bright blue color of the lake, why its shoreline is not typical for Turkey, and what are the features of the local climate.
