About this experience
The action of many Shakespearean works takes place in Italy. For example, it was on the streets of Verona that Romeo and Juliet met each other and sealed their fateful destiny. I invite you to embark on a journey through the pages of Shakespeare's great plays and the stories of those times. You will see the main locations of the city, complete interesting tasks, and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of famous comedies and tragedies.
What to expect
- First, the quest guide will introduce you to the main intrigue: an ancient book with the works of William Shakespeare has been stolen from the archive. It was found, but the page with the famous sonnet was missing. You will need to go in search of it.
- While completing the quest, you will navigate according to a route sheet, which shows stations, each with its name and location:
Tragedy - Arena di Verona
Love - Romeo's house
Drama - Lamberti Tower
History - Castelvecchio Castle
Comedy - Adige River near the Roman theater
Shakespeare - Shakespeare Monument and Maffeiano Lapidary Museum
- At the first station, you will receive your role and even words
- Then, at each point on the route, you will perform tasks - many of them are theatrical, but there will be questions about the era and cleverness
- You need to collect 6 fragments of the sonnet and compose a complete work
