About this experience
The route will pass through the Golden Horn district of Fener. In 1203, it was its walls that the Crusaders stormed, and centuries later, during the Ottoman times, the elite of the empire lived here - the Greek Phanariots. We will walk through these colorful places, visit shrines, and look at the Christian history of Istanbul from the 12th to the 20th centuries. And we will end the walk on the hill of Pierre Loti, which offers a wonderful panoramic view.
