What to Expect
Presidential Palace
At the beginning of the tour, I will take you to the Presidential Palace, which opened its doors to travelers quite recently. You will visit the place where the "powers that be" meet, where crucial global decisions are made, and where the entire country is governed. You will be impressed by this huge complex of buildings and interior spaces in truly Arabian style. I will show you the vast garden, man-made water features, halls where UAE leaders hold meetings, and a library with a splendid collection of books dedicated to the country's history, development, and achievements.
Exploring Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayed Mosque
In the second part of the tour, you will enjoy a fabulous light show, telling the tale of the past, present, and future of the Emirates. I will take you along the picturesque Abu Dhabi waterfront, show you the famous circular building and city fountains. You will visit the world's largest Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which will astonish you with its architectural grandeur and interior decor - marble prayer halls, giant Eastern carpets, German chandeliers, and walls encrusted with gemstones and gold. I will share insights on the mosque's construction, its capacity, and show you the best spots for photos.
Organizational Details
- Entrance tickets to the Presidential Palace are not included in the tour price: $17 for adults, $8.5 for children (up to 15 years).
- Recommended attire: for women - knee-length dresses with covered shoulders, for men - trousers. Shorts are not allowed.
- I will pick you up from any hotel in Sharjah or Dubai.
- If you are staying in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, or Ras Al Khaimah, there is an additional charge of $30. From Fujairah - $80.
- Beverages and food are not included in the tour price.
- The tour is conducted in a comfortable Hyundai or Ford car.
