About this experience
You are about to have perhaps the most exotic evening of your journey to Egypt! When the heat subsides, you will head to the legendary pyramids of Giza, where you will make friends with camels - they will take you for a ride in the desert. You will admire the sand dunes and the setting sun, take great photos. And from me, you will get comfortable organization of this adventure, full support, and stories about the past and present of our country.
What to expect
A colorful camel ride
I will pick you up from the hotel, and we will head to the wonder of the world - the pyramids of Giza. Along the way, I will tell you about their secrets, about life in Ancient and Modern Egypt; I will gladly answer your questions.
Next, we will ride camels: don't worry, you will be explained how to handle this extraordinary animal and not fall. The walk will take 30 minutes: we will take photos on the platform overlooking the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and then head into the desert to watch the sunset.
After the ride, you can have dinner at a restaurant in Giza: you will sit under a tent and try delicious Egyptian dishes.
Organizational details
- Transfer in a comfortable minivan from Cairo or Giza, camel ride, and water are included in the price
- If you live in Cairo, the duration of the tour is 3 hours, if you are in Giza - 2 hours
- Dinner is optional and paid additionally
- The tour will be conducted by me or another guide from my team
