I will show you all the 'postcards' of Bruges and share the most interesting facts about them. The tour program includes:
- Market Square - you will be amazed by its huge dimensions, confirming the wealth and power of medieval Bruges. I will tell you about the national heroes of Flanders, who we will meet on the square, and the revival of carillon music concerts in the city. I will also show you numerous guild houses and the watchtower.
- Cathedral of St. Saviour - here you will learn about the emergence of the social system in the Middle Ages and the predecessors of the main city temple.
- Hospital of St. John - you will hear why the famous Hans Memling Museum, one of the Flemish primitives, is located here.
- Church of Our Lady will allow you to touch a masterpiece of global significance, as Michelangelo's Madonna and Child are preserved within its walls.
