Bozzhira is out of this world! And we are not exaggerating at all - you will see it for yourself. You will see sand dunes and chalk rocks in the Karagiye valley. The colorful mountains of Kazykupa - we won't even have to explain why they are called Tiramisu. And when you arrive at the Bozzhira plateau - you will be awestruck... With delight. No one has returned from such a journey thinking they have seen something similar on Earth.
What to expect: Vast Karagiye Valley - one of the deepest dry valleys on our planet. We will tell you incredible stories about this place. Kyzylkup, or Tiramisu, 150 km from Aktau. You will walk among the colorful mountains resembling the famous Italian dessert and learn about their origins. Lucky ones might find ancient fossils, about which we will tell on the spot. Bozzhira - the cosmic wonder of the Mangistau region. Here we will spend the most time with you to admire the extraterrestrial beauty from all sides. We will visit the chalk canyon and stop at the silicon valley for a walk through amazing landscapes. We will drive through the middle and upper Bozzhira plateau with stops at three viewing platforms for atmospheric photo sessions. The total distance we will cover is 650-700 km. Schedule: 8:00 - Departure from Aktau 9:00-9:30 - Visit to Karagiye valley 11:30 - Stop at the upper viewing platform of Kyzylkup 12:00 - Walk in Kyzylkup 13:00 - Departure towards Bozzhira 13:30 - Lunch in the chalk canyon (lunch location may change depending on weather conditions) 14:30 - Silicon fields of Bozzhira 15:00 - Middle plateau of Bozzhira, walk to the 'Aircraft Wing' 16:30 - Arrival at the upper plateau of Bozzhira, where we will make three stops for photo sessions 18:00 - Departure to Aktau 21:00 - Arrival in Aktau
