Here, on mountain farms among mighty pines and delicate flowers, coffee saplings and adult trees live. I will take you to a farm and factory, tell you about the genetics of coffee, fermentation processes, and drying. And you will experience the role of a harvester yourself!

Similar to a samurai, the coffee bean undergoes an amazing transformation. A small green berry - tender and defenseless - is born at high altitudes. It goes through seasons of rain and winds. Farm and Factory
During an introductory tour of the plantations, you will learn about how coffee trees grow, what coffee flowers smell like, and how freshly picked beans taste. From the farm, you will arrive at the coffee factory and take over the shift! After training on processing and roasting processes, you will be required to immediately apply the knowledge gained and personally conduct grain selection, and then roast it.
