About this experience
Airport transfer in Baku with a guide - your comfort and time saved. I will meet you at the arrival zone, take you to the city center, show you all popular places, and tell their history. You will see the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the city's symbol - Flame Towers, walk through the Old City and Highland Park. And then I will take you back to the airport or to the hotel.
What to expect
- We will drive along the Oil Workers Avenue: this is where the Formula 1 race track runs.
- We will stop at the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center - one of the most successful projects by Zaha Hadid, which was recognized as the best building in the world in 2014.
- We will enjoy views of the modern part of the capital on the Primorsky Boulevard.
- Driving through the central streets of the Old City, we will feel the rhythm of Baku and observe its residents.
- We will see the symbol of Baku - the Twin Gates, fortification walls, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, baths, caravanserais, and the Maiden Tower. We will take photos where ancient Baku meets the era of the oil boom and modern buildings.
- Just like Nikulin, we will visit the shooting location of the 'Diamond Arm'.
- We will climb to the observation deck and enjoy a magnificent view of the city, the waterfront, and the Flame Towers.
