What to expect
- Figueredo Mansion. The journey into colonial times begins with a 16th-century house. It is so well preserved that Bollywood and Tamil film crews often visit here. The mansion now combines a museum, a mini-hotel, and a private part of the house where the family resides.
- Branganza Meneses Family Estate. Next on the itinerary is a structure from the same era, the largest Portuguese mansion in Goa, once owned by a well-known journalist-oppositionist, now divided between two families. We will visit both parts of the house.
- Palácio do Diau. Finally, you will visit the 200-year-old priest's mansion, where a Goan home-cooked lunch will be served to you on a delightful veranda.
