About the organizer
Hello everyone! My name is Lidia, and I am a licensed guide in the Algarve. I have been living in this wonderful country since 2001, and have been involved in tourism since 2010. My family is half Portuguese, so I can share not only historical facts, but also touch on traditions and customs of everyday life. Who are the people of the Algarve? What are they like and where do they come from? What do they eat and how do they feel about friendship, work, and foreigners? I will definitely tell you and show you all this and much more.
