About the organizer
My name is Gayane, I live in Yerevan and have been baking pastries for many years. I have a small shop-studio right in the heart of Yerevan, where we always have fresh pastries. Here, I also work with those who want to master the basics of this sweet craft.
I would love to introduce guests of my wonderful city to making traditional Armenian desserts like baklava, gata, and nazuk.
