About the organizer
My name is Vera Alexandrovna, I was born and live in Ivanovo. A graduate of the philological faculty, I have been working as a staff guide since my student years, conducting tours around the Golden Ring of Russia. I love the history of the region and my hometown, and I am convinced that I can help travelers see the beauty and uniqueness of Ivanovo. I have always been drawn to the study of history - it is my great passion that I have been carrying with me throughout my life. The themes for my tours include the industrial and revolutionary past of the city, architectural features, and stories from the lives of famous residents of Ivanovo. Life consists of details, and the history of the whole country consists of local history. There are no insignificant details, events, or cities: showing the big picture through the small details is my task as a guide and my philosophy in this profession.
