About the organizer
My name is Maria, I live in Palermo and have been working in tourism for over 15 years. I collaborate with historical and cultural associations, write articles about the city and the island, and introduce travelers to Sicily as a guide-interpreter. I enjoy showing not only iconic, but also unusual places that are not included in classic tours and about which even the city's residents have never heard. My goal is to acquaint travelers with the rich history of Sicily and to share knowledge and love with everyone who comes to the island for the first time or returns wanting to learn more about it!
