About the organizer
Local historian, participant of the 'St. Petersburg through the eyes of an engineer' project, and founder of the community 'Sestroretsky Oruzheiny Zavod'. Born in St. Petersburg, raised in Sestroretsk. In his childhood, he played in the football team of the Sestroretsk factory, which was closed in 2008. In the same year, the People's Museum of the Sestroretsk factory was also closed. In 2017, together with friends, he founded a community to preserve the history and culture of this city-forming enterprise and to honor the memory of the people who worked at the factory. During the walk, you will learn how our community acquired archival documents and may even see some of them.
