50% refund - from 14 to 4 days before the start of the tour (minus actual expenses incurred = not less than 15% of the full tour cost).

For walks in rough terrain, wear sneakers or hiking boots (but by no means with a flat sole), it is better to wear inconspicuous and comfortable clothes for climbs and descents in the valleys.
