About this experience
With our transfer, you will smoothly reach from one magnificent European city to another. Our driver will meet you at the specified address in Budapest or at Ferenc Liszt Airport. We will be happy to provide you with cars and buses of various categories and capacities, supply child seats, and take you to your desired location.
Organizational details
We provide cars and buses of various categories depending on the number of passengers:
- 1-3 persons - sedan car
- 1-7 persons - minibus
- 1-16 persons - Sprinter bus
- 1-49 persons - tourist bus
Upon request, we can also provide a luxury car: Mercedes S class, V class, or Sprinter LUX Jet. If you are interested in a transfer from Budapest to any other town, please inform us in the correspondence, and we will create a personalized offer for you.
Passenger pickup (in the city)
- The transfer price includes free waiting time - 15 minutes
- The driver will meet you with a sign at the specified address
Passenger pickup (at the airport)
- The transfer price includes free waiting time - 1 hour
- The meeting point depends on the class of the booked transfer:
— standard or bus: the driver waits in the airport parking lot and approaches the terminal upon call
— luxury class: the driver will meet you with a sign in the arrival hall - Please call or send an SMS when you have passed all airport controls and received your luggage: either to the dispatcher's phone (Russian-speaking) or to the driver. We will provide the phone numbers additionally after the booking.
- Make sure to verify the correctness of the phone number you provided in the booking: the driver will send a message to that number
- When booking a standard car, passenger pickup with a sign in the arrival hall is possible, in this case, an additional charge for parking is required: €10/30 minutes of waiting
Luggage
- The combined length, width, and height of standard luggage should not exceed 158 centimeters
- For each passenger - 1 suitcase and 1 space for hand luggage. If you have more luggage, please contact us in the correspondence.
- Also, please inform us if you are carrying non-standard luggage (skis or snowboards, bicycles, baby strollers, wheelchairs, large suitcases, golf clubs, etc.) - our manager will advise you on which car class to choose
If traveling with a child
- A child of any age is considered a passenger
- A child under 10 years old must travel in a child seat - we provide it for 1 child free of charge
- If you are traveling with multiple children, the second and subsequent child seats are available for an extra fee (€5 per seat)
- When booking, please inform us that you will need a child seat, and specify the age of each child
