Transfer from Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport

Organizational details

We provide cars and buses of various categories - depending on the number of passengers:

• 1-3 people - sedan
• 1-7 people - minibus
• 1-16 people - Sprinter bus
• 1-49 people - tourist bus

Upon request, we can also provide a luxury car:

• 1-2 people - Mercedes S class
• 1-5 people - Mercedes V class
• 1-7 people - Mercedes Sprinter LUX Jet

If you are interested in a transfer from Budapest to any other locality, please inform us in the correspondence, and we will provide you with an individual offer.

Passenger pick-up

The transfer price includes free waiting time: at the airport - 1 hour, at the residential address - 15 minutes.

• If you are going to the airport - the driver will meet you with a sign at the specified address
• Passengers who have just arrived in Budapest, booked a business or premium class car, will be met by the driver with a sign in the arrivals hall
• Passengers who have arrived in Budapest and booked a standard or bus, the driver will be waiting at the far airport parking lot - upon your call he will drive up to the terminal in a few minutes

Please wait for the car outside opposite the exit from the Terminal:
- Terminal 2A near the pillar marked 'Zona 4'
- Terminal 2B near the pillar marked 'Zona 8'

When you have passed all airport controls and have received your luggage, please call or send a message: either to the dispatcher (who speaks Russian), or to the driver. We will provide additional phone numbers after booking.
Be sure to check the correctness of your phone number specified in the order: the driver will send you a message to this number.

When booking a standard class car, passenger pick-up with a sign in the arrivals hall is possible, in this case an additional fee for parking is required: 10 euros / 30 minutes of waiting.

Luggage

• The length, width, and height of standard luggage should not exceed 158 centimeters in total. Any larger luggage may be considered non-standard.
• 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger. If the number of luggage spaces exceeds the number of passengers, please contact us in correspondence.
• If you are bringing non-standard luggage (skis or snowboards, bicycles, baby strollers, wheelchairs, large suitcases, golf clubs, etc.), check with our manager which car class would be best for you to choose

Traveling with a child

• A child of any age is considered a passenger
• A child under 10 years old must be in a child seat during the trip - we provide a child seat for 1 child free of charge
• If you are traveling with multiple children, the second and subsequent child seats are available for an additional fee: 5 euros per seat
• When booking, please indicate that you will need a child seat, and also specify the age of each child

An additional fee for an additional address is also possible, the cost depends on the car category, details are clarified in the correspondence.
