About this experience
This is a light walk focusing on photos, not historical facts. I am a local resident and photographer, and I will suggest to you the tasty places of Lisbon and interesting locations that are worth visiting. Before we meet, I will help you decide on the look - and we will get incredible shots!
What to Expect
I will offer two route options to choose from:
Route 1: Alfama - the oldest district of the city with winding streets
- Viewpoints Santa Luiza and Portash du Sol - the most popular in Lisbon. You can see the city and the river from here.
- Azulejo walls - the classic tile for Lisbon
- Lisbon Cathedral in Gothic style. You can go inside and admire the interior.
- The famous 28th yellow tram. You will take a picture with it when it stops.
- Commerce Square and the arch on Rua Augusta. The square is the main one in the city, and the arch has an observation deck that you can optionally climb up to.
Route 2: Bairro Alto and Chiado - 18th-century districts with wide streets and houses in the same style
- Viewpoint San Pedro de Alcantara. There are picturesque fountains and a cute church here.
- Gloria Funicular. It is bright yellow, like a tram, and there is no advertising on its walls.
- Carmelite Monastery. After the earthquake, it was not restored - and now it is monumental Gothic arches without a ceiling. You can optionally go inside.
- Santa Justa Lift - an airy lift from the beginning of the 20th century
Organizational Details
