About this experience
Bohol is an amazingly unique island, famous not only for its beaches. Its main symbol is 1268 identical conical chocolate hills. What are they and how were they formed - you will learn on the excursion! And also enjoy a ride on a floating restaurant ship, visit an eco-farm, and meet the amazing tarsiers.
What to Expect
Eco-farm. See how tropical fruits and cashew nuts grow. Observe domesticated bees and try fresh passion fruit juice. You might meet local students who often come here for educational purposes.
Meeting the tarsiers. In the local sanctuary, you will see the smallest primates in the world - tarsiers - in their natural habitat. These tiny tropical predators are endangered and can't be found anywhere else!
Floating restaurant-ship ride. Take an hour-long cruise on the Loboc River. Enjoy national cuisine buffet-style while live music plays and admire the surrounding landscapes. Upon return to the port, a local group will entertain you with folk dances.
Chocolate hills. This is the island's landmark. Discover the secret of their formation and climb to an observation deck of one of the hills with a view of the 'chocolate valley'.
