About this experience
It's hard to count how many times the phrase 'the most famous' is heard on a tour of Dubai! In this ultra-modern city of records, you will understand how it became what it is today and see its symbols – from the emir's palace to the towering Burj Khalifa. You will ride through the palm-shaped island, capture the best views, stroll through the authentic Old Town, and learn about the peculiarities of living in Dubai.
What to Expect
What you need to know about the UAE
During this five-hour journey through the emirate of Dubai, you will discover the characteristics of the entire country. I will tell you in detail and clearly about the demographics, geography, traditions, and of course, about the economy. You will debunk myths about the UAE; learn about the not-so-long but amazing history of Dubai, local architectural innovations, and records. Why do men wear white and women wear black? How much does gasoline cost? How do ordinary people live? I will answer questions about the Emirates and share tips for vacationing in Dubai.
Must-See Places in Dubai
First, we will stop at the ruler's palace with its picturesque park, and then passing through the main Sheikh Zayed Road with numerous skyscrapers, we will arrive at the white sail in the Persian Gulf – the Burj Al Arab hotel. You will take photos of it from a favorable angle and walk around the neighboring Madinat Jumeirah district. This oasis with canals where traditional abra boats sail is called the Arabian Venice.
Next is even more incredible, as we head to the planned artificial Palm Jumeirah! You will learn about its creation, admire the Atlantis hotel-palace and the panorama of the Dubai Marina area from the observation deck. Having appreciated the man-made wonder, we will go back in time to Bastakiya, the Old Town, with its winding alleyways.
At the end of the tour, I will show you the largest aquarium in the Middle East in the Dubai Mall. We will also catch the ongoing dancing fountains show here. Nearby, you will find the grand Burj Khalifa tower – the tallest structure in the world. It is convenient to stay in the Dubai Mall after the tour to independently ascend to the Burj Khalifa observation deck or stroll around the shops.
