About this experience
Jaipur is the capital of the most colorful and hospitable Indian state, Rajasthan. It's a world of bright attires, painted walls, ancient fortresses, luxurious palaces, bustling markets, and joyful festivals. I will gladly be your guide through it! I'll show you all the iconic sights and help you delve into the rich history of the city.
What to Expect
Day 1: Jaipur's Landmarks
You will marvel at the City Palace, where the descendants of the maharajas still reside. Visit the ancient Jantar Mantar observatory with its huge astronomical measuring instruments. Examine in detail the facade of the famous Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and learn why it has so many windows. If time permits, you will also visit the Monkey Temple.
Day 2: The Historic Town of Amer
After breakfast, we will head to the former capital of Rajasthan— the town of Amer in the vicinity of Jaipur. You will explore the famous Amber Fort— a honey-colored fortress built in the 10th century atop rocky mountains.
