Entry into Uzbekistan is done with a passport.
For entry, a child's foreign passport or a parent's foreign passport with the child's details included (up to 14 years old) is required. Children under 16 are exempt from filling out an entry customs declaration at the airport upon arrival and from obtaining temporary registration on the territory of Uzbekistan.
Medical insurance must be arranged in advance, before entering the country. The medical insurance policy for a minimum of $30,000 should cover, among other things, expenses for COVID-19 treatment.
Organization:
We do not recommend taking children under 12 on group tours, as the travel pace is quite high, the excursions are intense, and the material is presented for an adult audience. In addition, children may disrupt the entire group, affecting the planned schedule of excursions.
For travel with young children, we recommend an individual format and will be happy to tailor a route that will be interesting for all family members. Furthermore, individual excursions can be adjusted on-site.
To obtain a tourist SIM card, you must contact the staff at the tourist information desk, present a passport with a stamp of arrival in Uzbekistan, choose a tariff plan, and make payment for it. Tourist SIM cards can also be purchased at the central railway station in Tashkent, at the offices of mobile operators, at the "International Hotel Tashkent" and "Sayohat" hotels.
