My name is Alexandra. By education, I am a specialist in the history of culture and a translator. By vocation, I am a big fan of food and great stories. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years, teaching people to distinguish and evaluate tastes. In my opinion, one of the most interesting ways to perceive culture is through the tastes of local food. In Istanbul, I have tried a huge variety of dishes and selected the juiciest and most delicious ones for you.
