About the organizer
I was born and raised in Bukhara. My parents came to Uzbekistan from the banks of the Volga when they were still children, and as they grew up, they tied their lives to this beautiful country. They fell in love with this land for the simplicity and hospitality of Bukhara's multinational population, the warm climate, and the bountiful gifts of nature. This love was passed down to me. The wonderful architecture of the city, its rich history, and unique traditions led me to a career as a museum guide in my youth. I received a historical and philological education at a pedagogical institute. In the world of history enthusiasts, I have tried myself in various areas: collecting exhibits, researching museum items in storage, working as a museum educator, engaging in marketing and advertising. I am the author of articles on the history and culture of Bukhara, the author of the website of the Bukhara State Museum-Reserve, and the guidebook 'Museums of Ancient Bukhara.' I want to offer you the opportunity to see the city through the eyes of a passionate resident, to show it from different perspectives—colorful and memorable! I conduct individual and group tours, general and thematic, for adults and children. I work with a team of professional guides and in case of my unavailability, I will recommend experienced colleagues to you.
