About the organizer
I love the city where I live and work as a guide for many years. As a child, I saw the movie 'Straw Hat,' and it left an indelible impression with its lightness, brightness, and soulful melodies. Now I live in this 'Straw Hat' myself. I travel a lot because everything is understood through comparison, so I know the highlights of my city well, and also life behind the 'facade' of the classical historical city center. I am interested in the people who live and lived here now, 100 and 500 years ago. During tours, I love to tell legends (my specialty at Tartu University is folklore) and real stories and facts, verified by time or documents from museum archives (my second specialty is archaeology).
