About this experience
A safari at sunrise is always a great idea! It's not hot outside at this time, so you can comfortably ride and stroll, and the sunrise in the desert is simply mesmerizing. Our route will take us through a Bedouin village, where we will definitely stop by for a visit. You will try traditional nomadic tea and get acquainted with their way of life. After the excursion, we will take you back to the hotel right in time for breakfast.
What to expect
- Early in the morning (at 04:30-05:30) our guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the Safari Center.
- There you will receive training on how to ride the quad bike. Then you will make a test ride under the guidance of an experienced instructor and only then head out to conquer the desert expanses.
- Before starting, a special scarf - keffiyeh - will be put on your head to prevent sand from getting into your eyes during the trip.
- Now let's go - to meet the sunrise in the desert! Along the way, we will make stops and take pictures at the most beautiful locations. If we are lucky, we will hear the sound echo between the mountains of Sinai.
- The final point of our journey will be the Bedouin village. There you can ride camels, try traditional Bedouin tea, and get acquainted with their way of life and culture. You will learn what the Bedouins eat and how they get water, what traditions they follow.
- Then we will return to the Safari Center. From there we will take you back to the hotel: you will be home by 07:00.
Organizational details
- Included in the price: transfer in a comfortable air-conditioned car, services of a Russian-speaking guide, quad bike or dune buggy riding, camel riding, Bedouin tea, keffiyeh scarf, goggles, water, and juice
- You can choose to ride a quad bike or a 2- or 4-seater buggy (at no extra cost)
- Quad biking takes 1.5 hours, transfer - from 30 minutes to an hour (round trip) depending on the location of your hotel
- After booking, you need to send us a photo of the passport spread to arrange permits to visit locations on the route
- The program is suitable for adults and children of all ages. But only those aged 10 and above can ride the quad bike.
- Wear long pants and a top with long sleeves, closed shoes that fit snugly around the ankles, and don't forget to bring sunglasses
- I will take a photo for you on your phone as a gift
- The tour will be conducted by me or another guide from our team
- It's possible to organize the tour for a larger group at an additional cost - 20 euros per additional participant
