About this experience
This excursion is your chance to acquire professional diving skills. The waters near the famous Phi Phi Islands archipelago are perfect for those who are new to diving. A professional instructor will teach you everything you need to know, while our guide will share interesting facts about the Krabi province, the first 'divers', and sunken ships.
What to Expect
Following the Instructions
Start your day with a nutritious breakfast two hours before the dive. Enjoy the sunrise that paints the green islands of the archipelago.
Before diving, you will receive detailed instructions to prepare for this new experience. With a Russian-speaking instructor, you will dive to a depth of 12 meters and explore the underwater world. If you wish, you can opt for additional photography of your adventure for an extra fee.
Maritime Stories
During the break between the first and second dives, you will learn a lot about the archipelago: its historical events and outcomes. Discover the unique tides of the Krabi province and stories of ships sinking in the Andaman Sea, as well as the pioneers who mapped the underwater world, still used by travelers today.
The instructor will also share insights on expanding the boundaries of underwater exploration, including diving types, diver classifications, and training courses.
