About this experience
Together we will travel back to the times of the Ottoman Empire's flourishing - the era of Sultan Suleiman's rule. You will visit his palace and the grand mosque of the 16th century, built by his order. I will tell you about the Sultan's character and his wife Roxelana - the most popular woman of that time. I will show you their mausoleums and reveal their role in the country's history.
What to expect
Hurrem Sultan Hammam. Its history spans about 450 years. This building opened a new page in Turkish bath architecture. Why - you will find out on the tour.
Topkapi Palace. The place where the sultans decided the fate of the Ottoman Empire. It was a city within a city, where everything was: treasury, kitchens, chancelleries, treasury, and harem. You will walk through the luxurious halls of the palace and admire its interiors.
Suleymaniye Mosque. Ancient architects created this grand project taking into account all the urban planning nuances of Istanbul - including seismic instability. You will appreciate the result of their efforts.
Mausoleum of Sultan Suleiman. You will see the tombs of Sultan Suleiman and his wife Roxelana. I will share details of their life and death.

- Entry tickets to Topkapi Palace are paid separately - 1500 lira per person.
- Between distant objects, we will be using public transport. An Istanbul Card with a balance of 20 lira per person is required for transportation.
