What to expect
Please note: This program is not a tour. It is an individual service for transporting travelers.
At any time of the day or night, our driver will meet you at the airport or in the hotel lobby, help with luggage, and comfortably take you to the specified address. All our drivers are Russian-speaking, so feel free to ask them any questions you may have. They will be happy to tell you about local traditions and cuisine and give advice on how to make your vacation unforgettable.
Organizational details
On the website, you pay 22% of the total cost, and the remaining amount - no later than 48 hours before the meeting to the organizer online transfer to a Sberbank card, a European bank, a Thai bank, or through the PayPal payment system.
- If you cancel the reservation on your part no less than 48 hours in advance, we will fully refund the prepayment. If you cancel the reservation within 24-47 hours, we will refund 50% of the prepayment. If you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- We provide transfers around the clock in comfortable sedans and minivans.
- After booking, please inform us of your flight information, hotel name, your first and last name.
- If you need a child seat or want to transport oversized luggage, please inform us in advance (at least 24 hours in advance).
- In addition to airport transfers, we also offer border runs and trips to other routes. Details can be clarified in correspondence.
