About this experience

We invite you to retrace the path of the artist Nicholas Roerich in northern India, who in the early 20th century set out on a great journey through Central Asia with his wife and son. Part of the route passed through the Indian Himalayas, where the painter drew inspiration for his paintings and books. We will visit the same cities and sacred places, traveling by buses, taxis, boats, and on foot. We will try the local cuisine, enjoy the panoramas of mountains, lakes, and valleys, and immerse ourselves in the local culture by participating in a traditional festival and monastery service.
