About this experience
You will spend an eventful and adventurous day in the southeast of the Sinai Peninsula! You will ride jeeps in the desert, wander through the winding paths of the Colorful Canyon, ride majestic camels, plunge into the Blue Hole, and visit the eastern market in Dahab. Enjoy a seaside lunch and magical landscapes.
What to Expect
- Jeep Safari. We will pick you up from your hotel in a comfortable minivan and head out on a journey! We will reach the desert and switch to jeeps: the first hour of safari will be on paved roads and another 30 minutes off-road. Along the way, you won't be bored as we will share interesting facts about Egypt's history and traditions.
- Colorful Canyon - one of the most vibrant attractions in the country. You will walk among the whimsically colored rocks: red, yellow, orange, and pink. We will explain how, when, and under what circumstances the canyon was formed.
- Camel Riding in Abu Galum Reserve. You will ride camels along the seashore, admiring the surrounding mountains, cliffs, and the bright blue water.
- Blue Hole. This sheer cave is surrounded by coral reefs. After swimming in it, you can appreciate the richness of Egypt's underwater world.
- Eastern Market in Dahab. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real eastern bazaar and optionally buy souvenirs.
Organizational Details
- All entrance tickets, jeep and camel rides, lunch at a seaside restaurant are included in the price
- Additional charges: drinks in the restaurant, equipment rental for snorkeling (if you don't have your own): mask - $2, fins - $3, vest - $4, wetsuit - $5
- The exact time we pick you up from the hotel and drop you off back depends on its location. We start gathering the group at 07:30 and return around 17:00-18:00.
- There will be a stop for shopping at the eastern bazaar along the way (45-60 minutes). If you don't want to visit the bazaar, we can arrange an individual tour for you. Details will be provided in correspondence with the guide.
